If you were not 100% satisfied with your product, please reach out to us and we will work with you to make it right. If your product is damaged upon delivery or you feel the tamper seals have been altered, please let us know right away and we will ship you a replacement at no cost to you. As with any business, we ask that you promptly report any issues and provide photos.
